BOA Concept Group awarded the EcoVadis bronze medal

BOA Concept Group takes a significant step in its sustainable development journey by obtaining, for its first assessment, the EcoVadis bronze medal. This distinction, which places the Group in the top 35% of companies assessed internationally, recognises its commitment to environmental, social and ethical issues.

An evaluation approach in the service of sustainable performance

By undertaking the EcoVadis assessment, BOA Concept is meeting the growing requirements of its clients and partners regarding sustainable development. This approach provides the Group with a solid foundation to evaluate, manage, and communicate its CSR performance transparently. For BOA Concept, corporate social responsibility is not a new concept; it has structured its operational model since its inception.

CSR embedded in the industrial model

This distinction confirms that BOA Concept has a robust and structured foundation for sustainable management. The assessment highlighted three major areas of maturity for the Group:

Industrial eco-design: the native integration of the 100% electric "run-on-demand" principle in conveyor systems, allowing energy consumption to be matched to actual flows and significantly reducing the carbon footprint of client installations.

Product durability: a modular design promoting repairability and reuse. This approach is accompanied by a clear local sourcing policy, strengthening the Group's territorial roots.

Social commitment: particular attention paid to working conditions, skills development, and ergonomic workstation design to reduce musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs).

Beyond the products, this responsibility is also reflected in the Group's daily operations, whether it is about optimising building energy use, developing more sustainable mobility solutions, resource management or initiatives to promote well-being at work and societal engagement.

Sustainability as a process of continuous improvement

For BOA Concept, this bronze medal is not an achievement, but a starting point. The Group uses the findings of this assessment to identify areas for improvement, particularly in formalising commitments, strengthening responsible procurement, improving environmental impact measurement, and accelerating the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
