A story of continuous innovation

Our story is tied to the evolution of intralogistics. For 13 years, our mission has remained the same: to cover all logistical needs by integrating artificial intelligence, our DNA since the first module, the first embedded card.

2012

The company was founded around a concept inspired by collective intelligence, applying intelligent management to load transfers in warehouses. The same embedded cards control equipment and conveyors.

2013

First installation at Oscaro.com in Gennevilliers, a leading e-merchant website for car parts. A silent and 100% electric infrastructure, designed for the flexibility e-merchants needs to scale. 5 people made this first step possible!

2014

The range expanded with belt conveyors, perfect for handling light and heterogeneous loads such as envelopes, bins, and individual parts. 10 experts brought this innovation to life!

2016

Rapid growth: new headquarters, expanded team, doubled revenue and larger workshop space. 9 new contracts, including 2 international deals (Switzerland and Germany). 25 experts driving the momentum!

2017

Just for fun, we created the pallet conveyor (Heavy Load)! It transports up to 1 ton, adapting in speed and direction. It optimises handling related to order preparation and it works! Team behind it : 31 experts.

2018

Launch of CAAS, our rental conveyor solution offering financial flexibility and built-in updates, ensuring our smart system evolve with market demands. Team behind it: 35 experts.

2019

Development of an automated storage solution: First installation at Obut.com, introducing a goods-to-person approach for optimized and secure stock management. As the warehouse evolves, so does the team—now 43 experts strong.

2020

Expansion and innovation with the installation of agile logistics 4.0 solutions, integrating data to enhance traceability, maintenance and management. 15 new client signings. 44 experts driving this transformation.

2021

Boa Concept prioritizes financial transparency to fuel its growth and has gone public. Now listed on Euronext Growth at the Paris Stock Exchange, the company continues to expand its presence acroiss Europe. 56 experts leading the way!

2022

First external growth with the acquisition of Roboptic, expanding our offering with robotics for logistics and unlocking new opportunities in the robotics market. 75 experts driving this exciting new chapter.

2023

Development of the first robotic solutions: palletizers and robotic picking, with AI integration for enhanced efficiency. 81 experts making this innovation a reality!

2024

Second external growth with the acquisition of Easy Systems, a Belgian and Dutch company specializing in transit systems for intralogistics. this opens the door to the Benelux market. 90 experts driving this expansion!

2025

Creation of a subsidiary in Canada, located in the Province of Quebec, marking our entry into the North American market. Deployment of an AI-powered robotic cover machine, showcasing the technological evolution of our business. 94 experts leading the way!
International

Boa Concept around the world

The company is strengthening its international development with solid establishments in 4 countries: France, Belgium, and the Netherlands via the Easy Systems subsidiary, as well as in Canada. These strategic establishments enable a wide geographic area to be covered. Line installations are now present in 8 countries, further consolidating BOA Concept's offering in international markets.
